其尼瓦克宾馆客房部北楼。由客房、桑拿、大堂吧、二至五楼均有可容纳60人左右的小型会议室组成一体的接待楼，房间种类有套房、单间、标准间、三人间，（房间面积18平米左右）可同时容纳240人入住。适合来喀什旅游观光的国内外宾客及商务洽谈、组织会议的理想场所。
宾馆客房部友谊楼。楼层高达12层，由客房、健身、休闲、餐饮、娱乐、商务为一体的接待楼。房间种类有套间、单间、标间，（房间面积20平米左右）可同时容纳246人入住、400人就餐（餐饮部有豪华包厢）。在这里入住，您会有宾至如归的感觉，家庭的温暖。
